If a proof point cannot show a number and a context, it does not go on the page.
ResumeShortList separates product facts from customer outcomes. Product facts use exact quantities. Customer proof is published only when a measurable result can be tied to a specific role type or, with permission, a named employer.
Numbers we can substantiate today.
These are product-scope facts, not claims that ResumeShortList caused a hiring outcome.
weighted diagnostic dimensions
Role context: Manager, Director, VP or executive resume review
The complimentary diagnostic scores six visible dimensions and explains the evidence behind each result rather than presenting one unexplained number.
Target Role Matches
Role context: active Director or VP search
The 30-Day Positioning Workspace includes ten role comparisons so a serious multi-role search can be evaluated without purchasing each comparison separately.
days of active-search workspace access
Role context: multi-opportunity professional search
The workspace is designed around a defined 30-day search window connecting role analysis, positioning, resume, LinkedIn and interview preparation.
days of saved access for a single role match
Role context: one high-priority target role
A single Target Role Match remains available for seven days so the candidate can use the analysis while tailoring and preparing for that specific opportunity.
No soft testimonials. No anonymous praise. No invented deltas.
ResumeShortList will not publish a customer outcome card until the underlying result is verified. A statement such as “this helped my search” is not enough. Public proof must show what changed, by how much, and in what hiring context.
Rule 1
A measurable number: score delta, response-rate change, time-to-interview, interview count, offer count or another observable outcome.
Rule 2
A concrete context anchor: a specific role type or, with permission, the named company where the outcome occurred.
Rule 3
A defined comparison window or denominator whenever the number needs one — for example, 2 interviews from 20 applications rather than “more interviews.”
Rule 4
Customer permission before publishing an identifiable company, quote, resume, career story or hiring outcome.
Metric first. Hiring context second. Quote third.
The publication format is deliberately strict: a before-and-after score or response rate, or a concrete time-to-interview or offer result; then the target role or approved employer name; then the customer’s own words. Until those fields are verified, no testimonial card is rendered.
